We had new SWE members and returning members meet up for a hike at the Bolsa Chica wetlands this past Sunday. The weather couldn't have been better! We had so much fun we all thought we should do this again! So, keep an eye out for future SWE-OC hikes.

Speed Mentoring .............................................................................. 1/24/22
This week I want to highlight our Speed Mentoring Event last week (picture above). What an incredibly inspiring and uplifting session! It was a pleasure to learn more about all of our attendees and connect on what matters both for our careers and life as a whole. We made new and deeper relationships, getting and giving guidance on everything from getting the salary you deserve to mental health and goal setting. Thank you to our mentors and mentees. I look forward to more discussions in the future!
