The Program:
The Certificate Program in Medical Device prepares participants for access to employment into the medical device industry and/or to a promotion/higher level of management. The certificate program focuses on overview and trends, which are integrated to provide practical, hands-on learning.
There are no prerequisites required for the certificate or for each workshop.
The program consists of real world solutions to everyday work issues. The diverse hands-on applications presented by professional experts make this certificate unique and rewarding.
To earn the certificate of completion, four workshops must be completed in addition to successful completion of the certification exam. The certificate of completion is offered by the North Orange County College District –School of Continuing Education.
The program consists of 4 workshops and each workshop is scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Each workshop can be taken independently and no prerequisites are required:

Overview of FDA's Medical Device Quality System Regulation

Quality System/ISO 13485:2003

Certification Overview & Exam
You may take as many individual workshops as you desire without enrolling in the full certificate program.
