SWE-OC annually awards scholarships to students who attend UC Irvine, UC Riverside, Cal State Long Beach, and Cal State Fullerton.  Our section has seen amazing achievements out of the students at these universities and we are proud to be able to support their engineering aspirations. The deadline to apply for FY10 scholarships has passed.  Check back in the winter for FY11 applications.

SWE NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS

The SWE Scholarship Program provides financial assistance to women admitted to accredited baccalaureate or graduate programs, in preparation for careers in engineering, engineering technology and computer science. In fiscal year 2009, SWE disbursed more than 180 new and renewed scholarships valued at more than $470,000.
